On October 15, 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming 33 apprentices and 2 training coordinators to our company. Due to our long-standing cooperation with the firm, we received a request for the apprentices to visit our production facilities as part of their "Apprentice Week."
After a brief welcome by the management and a short company presentation held by two of our own apprentices, we toured the production halls in four groups. The visiting apprentices were thrilled to see their adhesive "in action." Following a light lunch snack and a discussion round, the group set off on their return journey to Detmold.
Plans are already in place for next year, when we will visit Jowat's production facilities with our own apprentices. All in all, it was a successful day that allowed us to further strengthen our relationship.
